Stud paperwork

We help buyers keep stud records in order, with pedigree packs, ear tag lists and notes on permits for every animal delivered.

Stud paperwork

We supply all stud paperwork for your deer

When you buy breeding stock or stud animals from us, we prepare a dedicated pedigree pack for each animal or group. These packs include the studbook extract, movement records, and buyer notes on origin, health, and any genetic highlights. Our team keeps copies on file and offers support if paperwork gets lost or you need replacement documents. For genetic diversity or conservation purposes, we can supply extra detail on ancestry or herd lines, compiled by our stud records lead from our records.

If your permit or audit needs supporting paperwork, we make sure you have everything required: ear tag lists, dates, and the right names matched to the animals delivered. We make sure your herd transfers smoothly and meets permit and movement rules.

How to get stud paperwork or extra information

Send us your request through our contact form during ordinary business hours. We respond to stud paperwork queries, and simple matters can often be resolved in a single exchange. For new buyers, the full pedigree and buyer pack is sent when your delivery or collection is booked.

If you need extra information for audits or genetic planning, our stud records lead will gather the necessary records and send them as a PDF or printed pack, as you prefer. We can resend lost or damaged paperwork if you give us your details. All records are handled confidentially and only shared with the buyer or with written permission.

  • Send your request with animal tag numbers or group details
  • Ask for replacement, extra pedigree detail or compliance paperwork
  • Choose PDF or printed pack for your records

What we need from you for stud paperwork requests

To help us keep your records correct, please send the original purchase details or the relevant ear tag numbers when you get in touch. If the animals moved under a specific permit, sharing that number helps us confirm the correct paperwork.

If you are working with a new permit or need us to coordinate with your own veterinarian or auditor, let us know their contact details. The details you send let us check your stud paperwork against the animals delivered.

  • Purchase date and buyer details
  • Animal ear tag numbers or group name
  • Permit number if movement was involved
  • Any extra info needed for audit or permit
  • Contact details for your vet or auditor if relevant
