From Karoo Edge to new regions
Our home base is Karoo Edge Farm, set on the R61 in the Eastern Cape drylands, where the main fallow herd, handling facilities and stud records are kept. This is where you’ll see our deer at grazing, the kraal and boma, veld recovery camps, and browse the records with our stud records lead. Every animal here is managed under the right permits and good fencing, always with welfare first. Visits are by appointment only, with safety, animal health and calm routines at the centre.
Beyond the Karoo, you’ll find us at key points for both learning and trade, seasonally at the Bloemfontein showgrounds, a farm gate in the KZN Midlands near Howick, our education barn outside Stellenbosch, and small offices in the Overberg and near Polokwane, which hold no animals. There’s a Lowveld supply gate near Mbombela for chefs and butchers, and a mobile team serving the Northern Cape.
